So, once again, someone is cramming to do something special for their loved ones this Valentine’s Day. Hala!

Keep calm and listen up! I’ve got some last-minute Valentine’s Day ideas that would help ease your anxiety. With little effort and lots of creativity, you can still have a Valentine’s Day to remember.

Candlelit anything

A romantic candlelit dinner for two is classic Valentine’s Day romance.

Forget about last-minute reservations, most restos are probably booked out anyway. Rather than settle for something less than perfect, make your own romantic dinner for your partner. All you need are candles for ambiance.

The way to someone’s heart is through…

Cook your favorite food or order takeout and plate it at home. I won’t tell. Valentine’s day is about celebrating love and spending time together with your loved ones.

Hearts are everything

Make heart-shaped patties for a burger and bubbly dinner. Very romantic!

DIY heart foil molds are the bomb!

Cozy up with the crooners

Can’t afford to hire a professional singer to serenade your loved one? Make a Valentine’s Day mixed CD!

Take it slow

It sad that there are no more clubs/restos have areas for slow dancing. Never mind. Clear out a space in your living room and slow dance with your loved one. Sweeeeeeet!!!

Let’s get it on!

For married couples, my advice is, don’t make excuses, make love!

Often times, we try to do grand gestures for our partners to make them feel special but, sometimes, the simplest acts of love are the most meaningful ones. Although, let me just state that I am not opposed to diamonds, a weekend getaway or shoes as gifts too. Haha!

Shoppingero/shoppingera, Happy Valentine’s Day!
