Summer Sale Items To Buy Now And Wear This Fall

I couldn’t have lost weight at a better time—it’s sale season!! I started my diet last March and since then, I’m down two dress sizes!! Buying new clothes is fun but it can also be expensive especially when paying full price all the time. Summer sales are the best time to snag great deals that you can use for the coming cooler months and holiday parties.

I’ve scoured the malls for clothes that have been marked down that I can style up these coming months:

Blazers

Blazers are the first things I zero in on during sales. A well-fitting jacket and a long vests are forever musts and are worth the sale price!

Pajama Style

I’m all over this trend for its comfort and effortless yet elegant style! There are so many choices from last summer’s collection that you can buy now and use till next year. And even when the trend has died, you can cozy up in them at bed time. #FTW

T-shirts

Obviously, this is a no-brainer. As my daughter would say, “cop them all!!”

Jeans

Jeans that are on sale are blessings to all shoppers! Like the classic tees, denim never goes out of style and it doesn’t hurt when it’s at 50% off!

Bell Sleeve Tops

Must-buy because we all need a little drama in our outfits. Summer’s boho style will carry through this Fall.

Silky Camisole

What is value for money? Buying lingerie style tops to use as inner wear and outer wear (especially when they are on sale). It’s two styles for half the price!

White Button-Down Shirt

White button-down shirts are staples that need to be freshened out on a regular basis. Buy them on sale to win at life.

Slip Dress

If there’s one piece of party dress you should lookout for it’s the slip dress. And if you find velvet or shimmery dresses, get them!! Rummage through the sale racks for them.

Black everything

Because black is beautiful and flattering.

Denim Jacket

If you haven’t gotten the memo, the 90’s are back and denim jackets are a mainstay for the next few seasons. Cool.

Shoes

Shoes are tricky to buy during sales as they can make your outfit dated, choose wisely from the sale shoe racks. For this coming Fall, black and block heels are good bets.

I super saved from two of my best sale purchases: a designer bell-sleeved top from Charina Sarte’s boutique during her Birthday Sale (40% off) and a black denim moto jacket from the Spanish brand Cortefiel’s summer sale (50% off plus, buy one take one promo—OMG!!) Can’t wait to wear them and maybe post them on Instagram.
