Stop.

Little man, big park. Dylan loves to run and play ball wherever there is open space.

Take advantage of the Manila’s cool weather and enjoy the outdoors.

Taking a break from play. Aryanna and Dylan sharing a cold soy drink at one of the park’s cafe.

Ayala Triangle Park is a weekend destination for the Eppersons. We play volleyball, soccer and stroll around the park. We also hangout in the surrounding cafes and chill out.

Look.

I always believed that looking good is feeling good.

When it comes to health and wellness, my mantra is: “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” – Benjamin Franklin

The chic exterior of LifeScience Center for Wellness & Preventive Medicine.

I’m so glad Tom and I discovered LifeScience Wellness Center, a pioneer in preventive care and customized health management in the country. LifeScience uses preventive medicine to target disease before symptoms appear.

I’ve never been a fan of annual executive check-ups because in my opinion, it’s a waste of time and money because the tests done like electrocardiogram (ECG) is useless as part of the annual exam. It just shows that one’s heart is functioning normally at that point of time. This does not mean the heart has no problem. The only way to determine blockage is through more tests which are not part of the annual exams.

In a nutshell, if you want more accurate results on how to prevent future illnesses, one must have several tests and blood work done.

Life Science is evidence-based. The doctor’s initial assessment is validated through several laboratory tests to rid guesswork. The test determines the exact state of the patient’s health, validate the Physician’s prognosis or identify the root cause of the patient’s present health issue. It’s the bomb! I promise you.

Elton John in Manila

Tom, Aryanna and I got to watch Elton John perform during his concert in Manila. It was a dream come true as we are all huge fans of the Rocket Man.

We also got to see the hottest and baddest cello duo consisting of Luka Šulić and Stjepan Hauser known as 2Cellos as Elton John’s opening act. Their music rocks!

I. Love. 2Cellos!

Whenever I need a surge of inspiration I just crank up our stereo and listen to their music. They never fail to get me motivated!

If you like classic meets rock, grab a copy of 2Cellos CD now!

  1. WOW at 2CELLOS! My 1-yr old son loves the original version of Welcome to the Jungle and I can’t wait to see his reaction when he hears this. I think this version would really make him smarter, haha!
