Scavolini’s Dream Kitchens & Bathrooms

My family spends most of our time in the kitchen. Tom and I are hands-on when it comes to cooking and entertaining at home. Our kitchen is the heart of Maison Epperson and it’s where we make meals and memories together as a family.

As of now, our kitchen seems to be getting smaller for our growing family. I feel that we need to upgrade soon.

What better way to make our dream kitchen come true than to start scoping the showrooms.

I am happy that Scavolini is finally in Manila!

I can so imagine my family cooking in these sosy kitchens! I fell in love with the Baccarat Kitchen showcase while Tom likes the Diesel Social Kitchen. I’m sure we can customize our dream kitchen by combing the two styles, right Brian?

Meet Scavolini’s Brian Hontiveros, he’s the go-to guy for your luxury kitchen and bathroom needs.

Thanks to Brian Hontiveros, General Manager Modularity Inc. I got to tour the Scavolini showroom in Manila Peninsula Hotel (located on the side of the hotel facing Neilsen Tower and Ayala Triangle Park).

Scavolini was founded in Pesaro in 1961 thanks to the initiative of the brothers Valter and Elvino Scavolini.

In just a few years it developed significantly, turning from an artisan-based firm into one of the most important kitchen furniture manufacturers in central Italy. Finally, in 1984, Scavolini gained the leadership in the inner market, becoming and remaining till now the undisputed no. 1 kitchen furniture manufacturer in the Country.

The company has 40 different kitchen models ranging from modern to transitional to traditional/classic – basically there’s a kitchen for everyone!

Scavolini believes in the function of the kitchen but also continually evolves – one way is by partnering with various designers such as Giugiaro Design, Diesel, Karim Rashid, Michael Young, etc.

Scavolini Kitchens:

Diesel Social Kitchen

For the Successful Living from Diesel collection, Diesel and Scavolini, two key proponents of Italian style worldwide, have joined forces to create a kitchen of outstanding modernity in the design and modularity of its units and fittings, yet with materials, treatments and finishes that express all the vintage spirit so central to Diesel’s DNA.

The Diesel Social Kitchen is an extension of the Diesel philosophy applied to the home collection, entitled “premium Casual Living”, where the kitchen acquires all the verve and energy of a party. The result: a kitchen that combines modernity and comfort, a working area with space for entertaining friends.

LiberaMente

The latest Scavolini proposal: a kitchen made in Italy, which comes from the desire to offer a modern, technological room.

The main feature LiberaMente is that you can customize it, which guarantees functional solutions inspired by research into the greatest freedom of composition perfectly integrated with the rest of the house. There are many open units and living room units so that an open space can be created, inviting conviviality.

Baltimora

Scavolini presents the restyled Baltimora, one of the brand’s greatest successes in terms of classic proposals, designed by Vuesse in collaboration with Marco Pareschi.

New features with respect to those already in production include the oak doors, stained in various colors, two of which have a pore finish and antique gold and silver effects, and the matte lacquered models, all of which are also available with a stylish antique gold or silver effect.

Tetrix by Michael Young

Starting from the name – inspired by one of the world’s most famous video games – Tetrix recalls concepts of ‘fitting in’ and ‘composition’.

Designer Michael Young’s inventive flare and passion for experimentation have created Tetrix, a ‘modular’ system with unprecedented geometrical dimensions. For a unique, creative approach to the kitchen environment. A 100% Made in Italy project that is dynamic, de-structured, absolutely contemporary, reflecting the free-and-easy style of the famous designer.

“This new project sprang from the desire to create a horizon-free aesthetics, playing with elements on horizontal axes and discovering all the possible layouts. With an unprecedented viewpoint for the world of the kitchen”. Michael Young

Tetrix has been designed on rectangular modules measuring 36×60, combined on horizontal axes according to unconventional layouts that guarantee complete customisation.

Scavolini Bathrooms:

Scavolini has also started to provide bathrooms in 2012 in partnership with Studio Castiglia Associati – an expert in the bathroom field.

The main theme is the ability to customize the bathrooms to each customer’s needs.

Everything is designed to create a coordinated ambiance well able to meet all practical, aesthetic and emotional demands, perfect for both the main bathroom and second toilets.
