Vegan Meal | Mmmushroom Salpicao

I posted the dinner I cooked last week on Instagram and I got tons of request for the recipe. As you know, I aim to please my readers so here you go:

Mmmushroom Salpicao

Ingredients:

2 cups of fresh button mushrooms or Swiss Brown Mushroom or Portobello mushrooms or combination of all three shrooms (I suggest the button and Swiss brown mushrooms for this recipe as I haven’t tried using Portobello), sliced
3-4 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/8 cup butter (optional)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup red wine
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbp oyster sauce
salt to taste (I don’t add salt anymore as the Worcestershire Sauce and oyster sauce are salty enough)

Easy peasy:

Step 1: In medium heat, sauté mushrooms and garlic till slightly cooked. Season to taste.
Step 2: Add the oyster sauce, red wine, and Worcestershire Sauce and continue tossing until the liquid dries up a bit.
Step 3: (Optional) Add the butter and cook for another minute or so.
Step 4:  Serve with the smile! 😀
Step 5: Share with loved ones and enjoy!
