Boiled egg is one of the healthiest breakfasts and the saddest too. I’m a firm believer in starting the day happy and the sight of a plain white protein orb is just not going to cut it.
Here’s how to turn your sad breakfast happy:
Use an egg slicer!
One press makes perfect round or oblong slices (depends on how you position the egg on the cradle) or cuts in sixths. Rotate the egg holder and press again to chop egg for salads.
Breakfast of champions!
I leveled up my egg breakfast by adding salt, freshly ground pepper and truffle oil. Ang saya!
