Tom and Aryanna are going abroad soon. They’ve planned a dad and daughter adventure last year since Aryanna will be having a super long summer vacation. They’ve been shopping together for their trip and of course being a mom, I’ve been helping them overly prepare for their tour, haha! Check out some of our shopping finds: Uniqlo short sleeved linen cotton shirts for men – Tom practically bought all the colors of this short-sleeved linen cotton shirt! It’s a must for the warm weather–bound. Looks cool with pants or shorts plus, soft linen gets better with every wear. My husband also doesn’t have to worry about getting the shirt wrinkled as linen is considered to be the quintessential gusot-mayaman (“wrinkle-wealthy”) fabric.

Onitsuka Tiger Ultimate 81 Classic Sneaker – Men in general are very particular with their footwear. The shoes have to be ultra comfortable, lightweight and stylish at the same time. These sneakers win at every point! Tom has wide feet and they fit perfectly. He particularly likes the arch support. Great for walks and for sprinting in the airport.

Paperthinks recycled leather bag (Nocciola in Ivory) – I bought this bag in Rustan’s as a gift to Aryanna. Made from 100% recycled leather this bag is simply amazing! Aryanna loves the boxy silhouette and smooth leather material. The bag is roomy and it can fit all her travel paraphernalia including her camera, a fan and a small water bottle.

Sony headphones – Aryanna is quite the audiophile. She’s been looking for good quality headphones without the hefty price tag. She finally found the Sony MDR-XB250 Extra Bass Headphones in black. According to her, the bass quality is superb, it has a serrated tangle-free cable, the ear pads are super soft and the best part: it’s budget-friendly (she bought it for only P1,499). Perfect for the long-haul flight!

Tom and Aryanna are all set. Dylan and I are going to miss them but I’m super excited as it will be both their first time to travel to Europe. Aaaaaahh!
