Stylebible.ph, the online home of Preview magazine, conducted its very first Virtual Style Awards, a platform that aims to give recognition to the movers and shakers of the online style community.
Nominations were done through www.stylebible.ph/virtual-style-awards until June 30, 2013. Preview and Style Bible editors did a rigorous screening of ballots and selected the five finalists per category, which were subject to online voting until the end of July.
Winners are based on 50% online votes and 50% judges’ votes.
I was nominated for Best Online Reporter. According to Stylebible.PH, the Online Reporter award is given to the person with the best, honest, and unbiased reviews and reporting of the most of-the-moment fashion, beauty, and lifestyle news. The other nominees were Christine Dychiao, Ingrid Chua-Go, Paul Chuapoco, and David Guison.
After hounding my friends, readers, ‘followers’ and family here and abroad to vote for me (haha), I bagged the first ever Stylebible.ph Best Online Reporter award! *happy dance*
