Lemon Spicy Tuna
Step 1: Open tuna can (I used one can of Century Tuna Chunks in Water, 120 calories only)
Step 2: Drain water
Step 2: Squeeze a half lemon
Step 3: Add cayenne pepper
Step 4: Eat then take a cold shower
