It’s freakin’ HOT!

It’s too hot to do anything in this weather!

The only thing that’s bearable this scorching Summer is eating. LOL

What to eat in the Summer that is easy, fast to prepare, yummy and low in calories?

Answer:

Lemon Spicy Tuna

Easy, yummy & low in calories!

Step 1: Open tuna can (I used one can of Century Tuna Chunks in Water, 120 calories only)
Step 2: Drain water
Step 2: Squeeze a half lemon
Step 3: Add cayenne pepper
Step 4: Eat then take a cold shower
