Belated Kung Hei Fat Choi!

The Eppersons love celebrating the holidays. So even though we are not Chinese, we celebrated Chinese New Year!

We follow some traditions and serve food that would ring in an auspicious New Year. When it comes to Chinese food, we leave it to the experts — Chinese takeout!

Table Setting:

I finally busted out my Missoni x Target plato-platuhan (zigzag serving platters). Thanks to a kind reader for making my Missoni tableware come true!

I bought food that would attract luck like fish, tikoy, dimsum (round food for more money), and misua for long life!

Oh, I did manage to cook one dish which was the Century Corned Tuna Misua. So good and super easy to make:

Ingredients: Pot of boiling water, 1 medium pack of misua, 1 can of Century Corned Tuna

Easy peasy: Boil water. Then add the Century Corned Tuna and misua. Let it simmer till noodles are soft. That’s it! Mmm…

Shoppingero/shoppingera, how did you celebrate Chinese New Year?
