I’ve been searching for the “perfect” gray bag. A duffel style bag with strap is what I’m looking for. Thanks to Gwyneth Paltrow, I think I may have found it. I just hope it will be available to “civilians” like me. You’ll know what I mean, scroll down and read.

Yves Saint Laurent’s new creative director, Hedi Slimane, has also been showing the actress, mother, designer, singer, cook, blogger and fitness fanatic the love in the best way a fashion designer possibly can – by creating a must have handbag in her honour.
Paltrow nonchalantly debuted the slate leather tote at LAX airport in August, teamed with a khaki shirt, white jeans and a stack of costume jewellery, but its true identity has only been revealed now.
Although the pair are not widely known to be fashion friends, Gwyneth can claim the illustrious honour of being the first star to debut a design by the newly minted creative director who took the helm at YSL in March. The fact that the bag was custom made in her honour makes Paltrow one extremely lucky lady.
No word as yet from YSL HQ in Paris as to the name of the bag, when/if it will be available to ‘civilians’, or its price tag, but like everything Slimane puts his name to, it’s sure to be an instant sell out when and if it does hit the shop floor.
