See The Insane $16 Million Estate Melanie Griffith And Antonio Banderas Are Selling
The former couple’s Los Angeles home is as grand as a castle.
After filing for divorce in 2014, Melanie Griffith and estranged husband Antonio Banderas have listed the gorgeous California estate they shared while together. According to Variety, the former couple are asking $16.1 million for the 15,110-square-foot mansion, which sits on 1.5 acres of land.
Griffith and Banderas first bought the Gordon Kaumann-designed home in 1999 for $4.2 million, before purchasing the estate next door for $1.2 million and demolishing the home to increase the size of their property. Their Italian Revival-style mansion boasts seven bedrooms, seven full baths and three half baths, as well as rich architectural details, a recording studio, fitness center and elevator. A swimming pool sits in the home’s courtyard, and the grounds include a rose garden and organic vegetable garden. Check out the ornate home in the photos below.
Cindy Crawford Lists Her Malibu Home For $15.45 Million
The supermodel and her husband Rande Gerber are looking to flip the property they bought less than a year ago.
It looks like Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber are moonlighting as house flippers. Less than a year after purchasing a Malibu mansion for $6 million, the pair has listed the property for $15.45 million, Variety reports.
The updated five-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath pad is located in the highly sought after Point Dume neighborhood of Malibu, and sits on a cul-de-sac full of celebrity-owned mansions. This means that the lucky new owners will be able to call Julia Roberts, Gwyenth Paltrow, Chris Martin and Kenny G neighbors. (Now that’s one block party we’d love to see.)
The 3,651-square-foot home also comes equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, multiple patios, several living and dining spaces, a lagoon-style pool, and a private path to the extremely exclusive Little Dume beach.
Johnny Depp Is Selling His Breathtaking French Estate
The 37-acre property was once its own village.
Johnny Depp isn’t afraid to make a big statement, whether through his interesting fashion choices or unconventional movie roles. And it looks like his boldness translates to his real estate holdings as well. According to the Wall Street Journal, Depp has owned an entire French village for almost fifteen years.
But now, he’s putting the 12-building estate up for sale. The price tag? Approximately $26 million, which not only includes the property, but Depp’s personal wares, such as furniture, art and books.
Depp originally spent $10 million to restore the 19th-century structures, which are made of natural stone and wooden beams, and are accented with terra cotta roofs.
The finished product is a testament to the award winning actor’s personal style. A former church has been transformed into a guest house, with a wardrobe built inside a former confessional, and a wine cellar that is decorated with skulls and silk scarfs, an aesthetic reminiscent of one of Depp’s most famous roles as Captain Jack Sparrow in “The Pirates Of The Caribbean” franchise.
The sprawling 37-acre estate also retains its original village square, as well as a restaurant, laundry building and garage that are decorated to feel like businesses within a small town.
There are of course, modern amenities as well, including two swimming pools, a gym and a skate park built for Depp’s son with his former partner Vanessa Paradis.
Depp and Paradis resided in the main house with their two kids during their years at the beautiful estate. The main structure measures in at 4,300 square feet, and boasts five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an art studio where Depp spent time painting.

Now, 25 years later Moore has listed the exclusive penthouse for $75 million, according to Curbed.
The six-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath stunner features views of both Central Park and the New York City skyline as well as a private elevator, outdoor terrace, entertainment room and guest loft.
