I can’t resist the beauty and skin care aisle in the grocery. There are a lot of great grocery store-finds these days from the basics to the latest lipstick color! Not to mention that it’s a convenient way to shop while buying your pantry essentials.
These tried and true grocery store beauty items will work wonders for your skin. Here’s what you should add to your grocery list:
Eskinol Refreshing Deep Cleanser with Pure Cucumber Extract – There’s a reason why this old-school beauty product (with a new cucumber variant) is still one of the top-sellers for toners—it’s effective in getting rid of grime and the proof is in the the cotton ball you used!
This particular variant is best for those who have dry skin like me. It takes out the dirt on my face without drying it. Moisturize after.
Tip: The Eskinol Pimple Fighting Deep Facial Cleanser also does wonders to acne-prone skin! Moms, buy it for your teens. I super recommend it. I give two-legs up!
Nivea Exfoliating Wipes – Thank you, Aryanna for recommending me this facial wipes. It’s a convenient way to clean my face especially when I’m out and when I’m traveling. The textured wipes thoroughly cleanses my face throughout the day.
Petroleum Jelly – This is my all-around beauty pot! It moisturizes my face and body without the hefty price tag.
Clean & Clear Oil Control Film – Living in the tropics means “laputchina extravaganza” haha! This oil film is the best when it comes to soaking all the sweat and getting rid of the shine on your face!
Revlon Matte Balm in “Sultry Surprise” (#225) – Kylie Jenner is single-handedly bringing matte lipstick back! Since it’s almost impossible to get her Kylie Lip Kit, this one from Revlon is a good (and affordable, P575) option. It has a velvety matte color that has a balm-like feel. Get the matte look without drying your lips. Check the color swatch here.
See you at the grocery!

Hi Ms. Jenni,
Hope you could also blog about different shades or swaps of “brown” lipstick. Hehe..
Love to hear it from you… 🙂

Hi Reese,
Actually, Aryanna and I have been on the lookout for brown-hued lipsticks. I’ll blog about it as soon as we’ve tried a few.
Thanks for the comment!
Best,
Jenni
