Instead of focusing on how hot it is this summer (hella hot!!), I thought I’d share with you some simple and easy tips on how to cool down this summer at home:
Cold towels. Wet hand towels with cold water and drape them over the hot spots. I keep damp wash cloths in the refrigerator. Recharge the cloths in a bucket of cold water.
Cool masks. Keep facial masks in the fridge. Chilled facial masks and moisturizers are great for the skin and helps diminish under-eye bags and puffy face.
Fan it! No A/C? No problem! The old-fashioned hand fan is the most affordable and easiest way to cool down in the summer.

I bought this huge nude-colored hand fan in Beabi, Greenbelt. The bigger the fan, the more air it generates!
Don’t forget to hydrate, wear comfy clothes and just stay cool.
